It depends on the trash. That is one of the problems, each piece of RMBS is different. Which deal? Which tranche? Is he talking about CDOs?

There is some trash that might be worth 90cents on the dollar. There is toxic waste that is worth zero.

We can't just pay one number.

So they can resell it for 30 cents on the dollar. All talk of da' taxpayer making a profit is a JOKE. Always was.
