Rushing through the bill so that no one can understand the detail is only one reason. Another reason, maybe more important, is the timing -- 7 weeks before the ELECTION. They timed ALL the recent crisis for the incumbent to get elected. If they had saved LEH, there will be NO GS and Morgan stanley crisis. so again, the timing is a set up for the election. But this $700 billion will only guarantee to the day of election. After that, this market will resume the downward. And we are going to see a worst Xmas season after WWII
