There is a bank somewhere in TX that closed its entire mortgage division due to the horrors it found when the auditors finally stuck the multi million dollar a year ceo's nose into checking their operations. It was out of control in a big way. I'm sure it wasnt the first or the last.

I do research and follow the markets and wall street daily.

So when you make money in the markets I'm assuming it is off people who have less knowledge, do less research... do you feel guilty making money off the average guy who doesn't do these things, a guy who is not as professional and who is less savvy about financial markets than you are?
