There is no must in running the gambit of the talk shows.
Talk shows like newspapers are just another source.

Does Letterman have no sense of protocol?

We have major bills and concerns being debated that affect the economy of the USA and Letterman gets miffed because he doesn't get a candidate on his show?

I don't care whether its McCain or Obama---I want those Senators in Congress doing their job now. Likewise I want my own Senators and Congressman there. That 's why we elect them.

It's only 'generally accepted' by gullible Democrats. Everyone on the list, except a few FOX shows, are victims of the faulty liberal mindset. Republicans prefer their candidates to keep the media loons at arms length, now that they're acting like toddlers throwing temper tantrums.
