I'm not afraid to admit that I voted for Bush twice, especially given the lackluster alternatives.

Your problem is that you won't even listen to anyone who either admits it or you think is too afraid to admit it. That would mean you only want to listen to only half of the country, i.e. one side of the argument, which is typical of you.

This type of thing happens too much on SI.

If someone is wrong about something (and you apparently where), then they have to be lying.

When of course that's nonsense. People can be (and often are) honestly wrong.

OTOH you've been on the other side on this type of thing. Your not exactly reluctant to call other people liars.
