I eat a lot of oatmeal too. It's supposed to be good for the cholesterol.

Raw veggies too.

I don't have any wild meat in my freezer, but I think I'll help my brother clean his freezer out so he will have room in it for the upcoming hunting season. Wild meat has no added hormones like beef, chicken and other meats that you get at the store.

Outdoor Life and Field and Stream have articles about lead particles in wild meat. Some guy with not enough to do did a study and found a lead in wild meat and convinced some Fish and Game departments to put warnings in their hunting pamplets.

All I can say is he does not know how to dress his kills. Well dressed meat has no lead in it.

I limit myself to oatmeal and ezekiel bread. Ezekiel bread has a glycemic index of 37 and is pretty flavorful.
