Nope. The McCain campaign and the wingnuts have complained about the media and/or "Obama/Biden" democrats smearing Palin. However, when pressed, no one has been able to come up with an actual smear. i-node had an example where it was mentioned that Bristol was pregnant. I don't see how reporting a fact is a smear. The diary on DailyKos has also been mentioned. But, that isn't the media, nor was it an example of the Obama campaign. Besides, it was only repeating a rumor that has been floating around Alaska since April. A smear is any time something negative is said about Palin even if its true. She is an empress. McCain expects her to be treated with a certain level of respect and deference. Do you understand now?

(After you attacked her on this last week, and I told you there are any number of reasons that road might have been completed, the facts came out, and sure enough, there was an existing contract WHEN SHE TOOK OFFICE that the state couldn't get out of. Where is the media in covering THAT?) The daughter's pregnancy? Smear. Attacks on the woman's competence? Smears. All of them. This is a governor with an 80% approval rating. The SNL skit on incest? Smear. The Campbell Brown and Chris Matthews attacks? Smears. The only person who hasn't smeared her is Bill Clinton, and it because he's not an idiot.
