Bobs,

As far as liquidity, Spansion may be slightly cashflow negative, but going into cash flow positive. Also, in the next 2 quarters, hopefully, Spansion will convert some of the excessive inventory to cash.

There's that old Rothschild rule: Buy when there's blood in the streets. This might just be the time to get in on stock that isn't immediately part of the troubled industry.
