Uh uh. How many gms of sugar in every little "cup" of that yogurt? Not "serving," cup. Even the non-fat plain Safeway yogurt I buy has 9gms.

I ate Activia for a while. It's definitely tasty. Probably tasty enough to support the addition of rice. Not something I can eat anymore, though. Too many non-productive carbs.
