The difference you are trying to make here is, what exactly?

The reason why the Pentecost are are viewed with suspicion by others is that they believe in such things as witches. After all, since the Bible talks about them and the Bible is inerrant, there are few choices. It is like the speaking in tongues and the holy rolling, just another thing that makes them colorful.

The church she changed to is a non-denomination that is Pentecostal derived. It doesn't have the speaking in tongues as a central tenet, but it has many of the same tenets as her original church. It is common to join a non-denominational if you have any political ambitions unless the area has a large number of Pentecostals. Because the Pentecostal label is as toxic as being labeled a Mormon. It takes an awful lot to overcome it.
