merely waiting for collapse to buy more, and to do so without fear. How would you define this collapse in housing ? burning down to ashes and smoke up in the air ?? At least, I have to see widespread chaos in the street causing some real damage, would I be calling this THE bottom. By that time, you'll have to feel fear when there's mob action in revolt, threatening people's life, and that's what I call THE bottom. The chances are we could see it sooner or later. Otherwise, I don't feel bullish in housing because my properties could get destroyed. Anyway, how do you protect your properties ? insured by AIG yet ?
