In defense of Bush. 9 months after unexperienced president seats at the White House, gets 2 planes into twin towers. Hands over the solution to Pentagon hawks. Pentagon hawks do damage.

9 months before ending presidency, got economic crisis. Hand over solution to Wall Street bankers.

He's guilt only of handing over to the wrong people.

Elm, seems like oil price goes down along with USD. Thanks to Goldman Sachs' market makers. Basic commodities aren't doing well at all. That doesn't bode well for Brazil if recession comes.
