The GOP congressman just spoke about their bailout plan......there were supposed to be 4 negatiating but 8 spoke. Not one of them said what their plan was.....they just talked about free markets vs socialism and the Constitution.....they also talked about economic stimulus.......which probably means their plan has no relationship to the one proposed by Paulson and probably doesn't address the financial problems at all. Hence, the lack of specifics about their plan.
