Michael, > Few saw it coming. I didnt hear you or me yapping about this until after the fact. I've always had a nagging feeling in the back of my head for years now. Way too much "funny money" from the real estate boom keeping things afloat. What I didn't anticipate was all of these financial institutions becoming insolvent at the same time. But really, that's not my area of expertise, and if a layman like myself had that nagging feeling, people much smarter than I should have seen that coming.
