..........I won't pretend to have the final answers on K2. That's why we've posed this as a preliminary issue, one to consider but not a "requirement" for success.

Several issues to bear in mind:

1) MK-4 is likely the form responsible for the benefits observed in the two Dutch studies, since the principal sources were cheese, meats, and dairy.

2) MK-7 is the form responsible for bone health in the Japanese experience, though at far higher doses.

We are all struggling to sort this information out. Nobody knows what the final answer is. While manufacturers often pretend to know the answer, making extravagant claims, it is not backed up by real data.

Nonetheless, I remain excited about the possibilities for K2. But we really, really need more information.
