'Enough of the grandstanding and photo opps. Get the damn deal done.' In the slight chance they don't many more banks collapse, credit globally really freezes up and a mini depression happens. When they get the deal done will perma bears continue to bitch and complain till death do us part? Hard assets, generating real cash flow, real equity in the real world..hard work as GWB would say but somebody will do it in coming years.. I only know RE very well so I'll leave it up to others for expertise on the other stuff<g>
