Dear stupidity found. I can understand why a small community would put in place a law that would force the state to provide funding for specialized scientific criminal investigation costs. To not have a centralized facility and labs to evaluate this kind of information is a dereliction of duty. But hateful minds that worship a messiah who spews libel of racial hatred will spin stupidity found. That’s also why, when news of Wasilla’s practice of billing rape victims got around, Alaska’s State Legislature approved a bill in 2000 to stop it.
