Palin needed no help from Cafferty with that deeply embarrassing nonresponse. Her lack of preparation, coupled with her all-knowing attitude, is frightening.

I wouldn't elect her for dogcatcher. McCain should admit his mistake in choosing her and find a running mate with the intelligence and knowledge to do the VP's job. Will he? Probably not.

Obama is poised....

I lament all these intermediaries who try to position themselves between me and the news. Whatever happened to objective journalism? That goes for Sean Hannity "reporting" on the debate on Fox last night too, BTW>

Are you being serious in comparing capabilities of Biden and Palin and putting them equal pedestal, their TV/media/campaign performance notwithstanding?

Would you trust Palin with your money (to manage it) or your kids welfare (you probably might say yes to it, but I would not), let alone the leadership reins of a country? I would not hesitate in supporting Biden over Palin any day any time, his gaffe's notwithstanding.

I seriously think McCain should consider going with some other VP pick even at this stage. I will feel much better if he gets elected at that point - even though I may not support him.
