So what is your minimum material value that would distinguish a Ponzi Scheme from your Matrix Scheme? That is why I asked if 90%/10% would work for you. Does 99%/1%? or 99.99%/0.01%? How close to the single grain of sand do we need to get?

For the Feds, $70/month for Web hosting was beyond the Pale, when coupled with the structure of a Ponzi scheme. Anyone could have set up a business charging $70/month for the exact same service, and not been bothered at all by the feds, why is this? Because they would not be Ponzi schemes. Very little in life is "pure" anything, and the ability to see through obfuscation is pretty useful.
