Cape Coral almost new 3/2/2's going in the $60k's which is less than what they were 10 years ago and down roughly 70% from 2005..


Now that's what I call an affordable housing plan for seniors!

Not to make light of the pain you guys are going through but it was busts like that in SO FL that allowed a guy like my father, who had no other income but SS, for the last twenty-five years of his life, to be able to afford to buy a house in Cape Coral.
