I know you have said this but I looked into it and the bonds are collateralized by the houses. So in other words it is an RTC but one time removed. But I don't think every house in these bonds will default, I think the bonds are trading like every house will default at .25 because nobody knows how to value these. The real value of these bonds is more like .70 on the dollar not .25.
