OK, This has value and is marketable. Matrix scheme.

The point is that if the "value" you get is WAY less than your investment, and the business is actually structured fundamentally as a scam, it is a scam.

Yes, but not necessarily a Ponzi, matrix or pyramid scheme. MLM is not inherently illegal. So again, we differ only on definitions. I suggest you pay more attention to that.

Back to the original point though, the RE meltdown in the hot markets ( CA, FL, etc.) was the popping of a bubble. Bottom line is the bubble happened due to the availability of below real market FED money. Not to any of the above schemes/scams.
