I would think that if a doctor wanted to treat only christians he could form an HMO that only markets itself to churches. If they sell their product or service publicly, then all customers have the right and expectation to be treated alike.

It is hard for me to imagine that Tenchu is arguing on the side of descrimination.


Frankly, I don't think Ten has thought it all the way through. I think there are a lot of things of which he disapproves and would like to stop. I don't think he sees it as discrimination because he feels a certain moral authority behind his thinking.

When he talks about lesbian couples, he thinks they should be excluded from in vitro fertilization because he doesn't think lesbians should have kids. He doesn't see his position as discrimination against lesbian couples because he knows in his heart of hearts that God does not approve of lesbianism and would want it stamped out.
