ls, that's a total lie. bush was right up there touting the "ownership economy". i heard a 2002 speech where he said more people should own homes. he said a lack of a down payment and bad credit shouldn't prevent people from buying a home. he also said that first time home buyers can own a home "as nice as anyone else" based on what one of his "good friends" in texas was doing to get folks into homes they couldn't afford.

yes, the dems are guilty. but so are the bushevics.
