Fertilization is not a life and death issue. And there are bound to be thousands of doctors in CA who would provide the service to anyone. The bringing of and deciding that suit against Christian doctors over this was clearly aimed at imposing liberal moral values on them and doing so in a manner designed to threaten and bully other Christians. As the arguments over this show, liberals are both willing and eager to use state powers to impose their moral values on everyone else in society.
