BC, i'm curious what "oversight" means in the context of the latest uber rich new society welfare program. i heard someone discussing washington dc style "oversight" - let the new economic czar do whatever the heck he wants with $700 billion and then a group gets to complain about it after the fact. that's right, zero up front impact. it may well be a shell game. anybody that thinks these goons don't have round table meetings that start off with "what do the people want to hear..." and develop strategies for spinning what they want to do into misleading people into believing it is what they want to hear.
