An Oyster:
The perps in their own words

youtube.com

koan: that piece was clipped and not shown in its entirety. Seemed more like a Swift boat ad to me. Remember the Swiftboating and willy Horton ads and the Call me Harold?

I know you Oyster, you will defend the neo cons at all cost and punch liberals in the nose at every chance you get.

That is your mission in life. YOu have no objectivity in my mind.

It is my understanding there were a ton of lobbyists being paid by Fannie and Freddy and most of them were in the pockets of Republicans.

But I do not like to argue for the sake of arguing or play I gotcha. I like facts and logic, and I would hope, I will admit whenever I am wrong, or if I see where the other side of the isle is right give them credit and oppose my own.

In fact I do feel the liberals get a bit bonkers on mining and drilling and I fight them in my home town tooth and nail when they are being nuts.

But as much as I hate to stoop to yelling I would point out that MCCain's chief of staff (Jack?) was getting $15,000 a month from Fannie and/or Freddie until just last month. But he said he was not lobbying----then what in the hell was the $15,000 for?

It was for access to MCCain. He was lobbying!

"Perps in their own words" Well, well, well. What that cherry-picked string of sound bytes doesn't mention is that in 2004 (the time of those sound bytes) the REPUBLICANS controlled everything in DC. The House, Senate and White House. The REPUBLICANS over rode 99.9% of anything the Dems tried to pass and what made it to the almighty desk of Bush was Vetoed.

Now ain't THAT the truth.

The REPUBLICANS had the power to change the rules in a heartbeat.

THEY DIDN'T.

That video is BS propaganda. It's always somebody else's fault right?

You really don't have a clue, do you?

As opposed to how Sarah Palin might understand this debacle, ya oughta acquaint yourself with this.

It was Gramm and the boys who let the dogs out....
