<< As I said, I do think that there is a good chance LU may make a pass at WSTL/AMTX, likely once she is official. And I would expect at least $25 (which would be $22.5 for AMTX). >>

SteveG,

You have mentioned that you think ADSL May come in large numbers, its just the Timing you have a problem with. When do you (not others) think we will start seeing the first deployments of ADSL? By year 2000?

Why would a LU, which you keep bringing up as a possible buyout fellow for WSTL/AMTX, buy out a WSTL/AMTX if deployment and money are both soo far away in your mind?

<< And I honestly doubt AMTX will see 30 again. >>

If you think Amati has such a little chance for appreciation, are you writing a giant load of calls on it right now, or do you think that is very unwise or just too risky?

And, don't fool ratan too much, Amati may be Westell soon. :-)

thanks
pigboy

(future price)

<<And I honestly doubt AMTX will see 30 again.>>

Steve, I'm saving your post for a future posting. Guess what it will say when it hits 30? <G> 60? <VBG>. Want to predict a lowball price?

Good trading!
