The answer is the 'victim class' in America who are incapable of letting go like all the other aggrieved groups in history. Romans made slaves of the Jews, English treated the Irish like slaves for centuries; but only one group is apparently not equipped to get over the same grievances suffered by many millions through the ages. Kenneth sings a never ending song of "Old Man River," despite the fact the USA gave him the opportunity to become a wealthy lawyer enjoying a very comfortable retirement. Apparently no one ever taught him "your altitude in life is determined by your attitude."
