OK...which part of the statement was taken out of context? Both sides have said things...but mccain has had to go a might further and basically started the process, in large measure because he's been running from behind.

I watched that interview and Rove criticized both candidates equally.

More importantly, however, when each campaign's ads have been analyzed, the Obama lies were more frequent.

It is a nasty campaign. But the liberal media has failed to report on Obama's nastiness and has blow McCain's up into something worse than it was.

Al, > OK...which part of the statement was taken out of context?

Two ways to quote that:

> "McCain has gone in his ads one step too far, and sort of attributing to Obama things that are, you know, beyond the 100-percent-truth test," said Rove. "Both campaigns ought to be careful about... there ought to be an adult who says: 'Do we really need to go that far in this ad? Don't we make our point and get broader acceptance and deny the opposition an opportunity to attack us if we don't include that one little last tweak in the ad?'"

And:

> "McCain has gone in his ads one step too far, and sort of attributing to Obama things that are, you know, beyond the 100-percent-truth test," said Rove.

Now here's what you said:

> Same old whining...even karl rove told mccain that he was going too far...liberal press my ass...

Just McCain, huh?
