All the things on his resume you listed involve advancing himself and his family.

You could have mentioned the earmark for the hospital which subsequently gave his wife a big raise. I think thats his biggest achievement involving someone outside his family - in this case, the hospital. Sure his wife and family also benefited but thats just the Chicago way.
