You may be right, but unfortunately the US has a special bilateral deal with Austria, Germany and Sweden only which provides special relief regarding indebtness when the house is being sold.

Asian-Americans too, You know, because they are more successful than blacks and need to be "adjusted" for fairness because they were never enslaved.
