Not on the fundamental issue of whether we should have gone to war. Had McCain's input into the war strategy been used, I think there is every likelihood he would have been right on the other issues as well.

It doesn't fit nicely into a sound bite, but those of us who understand what has happened in Iraq understand that the war was an essential ingredient in the strategy to defeat terrorism. There is a reason AQ is now floundering.

If you want to have an honest discussion about the war in Iraq I'm glad to do it. But leave out the liberal lies. We have won in Iraq because Bush smartly changed his strategy in '06/'07, and because he took the brilliant advice of Jack Keane, who had (and has) a better grip on the situation than any other person.
