This time last year, I was scrambling around looking for 179 depreciable equipment to improve my efficiency, to keep me from having to bust knuckles over obsolete machinery and most importantly, to cut my tax liability to the bone.

Not to mention agents for big money hedge fund guys out trying to buy us all out with a promise of cash in hand in 48 hours if a deal was reached....Love a duck, I might take the same deal and give them 72 hours this year....wink
