analysts, exchanges.... only for the big-boys...

Brokers make money, Cowpland makes money (or loses a few porsches and lambo's less), the exchanges turn a blind eye, and world continues to
spin like normal.

The little guy get absolutely misdirected and screwed yet again.

Microsoft Anti-Trust

Full Story:
techweb.com

Briefly:
"If the courts are going to allow them to make that
argument, then they can put any application they want
[into Windows]," said Seattle attorney Ralph Palumbo, a
counsel for Caldera in its suit against what it says is
Microsoft's operating systems monopoly. "There would
be no reason why they couldn't put word processors and
spreadsheets into the operating system."

Software publishers don't want Microsoft to imbed any "features" because it puts them out of business. Embeding IE4 into Windows98
could lead Microsoft to imbed Office 99 into Windows 98. The
industry wants to prevent this mindset.
