They don't....But the problem really is the majority of the citizenry don't pay attention to the nuances.... Heck; they don't even pay attention to much of anything except CNN Headline So Called News 1/2 hour .... (next to People Magazine and Oprah of course...) The ONLY way to get anything to the majority of the people is to print it on the Sports page, or on the sides of NASCAR cars....
