Thanks.....I think he's a good looking boy BUT I'm his father so it doesn't really count. Best of all - he's a good kid (respectful) and a superb student. He's a gentle giant until he hits the football field and then his competitive edge comes out. When I was younger I had a hard time determining when it was appropriate to be aggressive and when it wasn't. I was "on" most of the time and that didn't always serve me well.

If any of you have young kids in your family who love football this is a great tool to exploit their interest to teach geography. I created on like this when Jr. was 2 1/2 and it was amazing how quickly he picked it up. When he was 3 years old we were at a wedding in the twin cities. The Mississippi runs between St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis. Anyhow, my father asked Jr. where he'd end up if he fell in the river (now keep in mind my son was 3). His response was "I'd float down and come out by the New Orleans Saints - but first I'd pass by the St louis Rams." There were about 10 of us that heard this and we roared in laughter and amazement.....it's a great tool. From that time on (and even before that I used football yardage (100 yard field) as well as scoring to turn him into a straight A math student. Exploit what they love for teaching purposes. So print this map and use it - it works!

Peace,
