<<<<<<Let's make 9800 a positive post. ...this may not be 9800, but i'll try to be positive. .......LLY is not a good company, it is a great company (i own some). .........small biotechs (yes lgnd is small compared to big pharmas) have a tough time going it alone.......without a decent deal, stock and company could tank big time (don't forget that LLY has seasoned management to help lgnd bring new products to market). ......we still don't know the devil in the details of this deal......let's get more information (andrew et als questions were brilliant). ......it is a tough competitive world that the big pharmas live in and young bios that don't partner can get crushed without the revenue stream and institutional support to keep analysts and shareholders interested. ........is that positive enough?
