Banks? I don't think so...they might be good for a dead cat bounce, but I think it will take years for everything to get worked out there.

The answer is...I don't know yet. I don't think we are done on the downside though. I would stay away from bubblelicious investments....RE, Banks, Precious metals, mining stocks, oil, China...those would be on my DNB list (Do Not Buy).

I don't think we are at an oversold point yet....the BPNYA is at 32 and on a brand new sell signal (bear confirmed). Hell, it got down to 16 in January.

I'm actually thinking that when it is time to buy...tech might be the place to be. I think we have plenty of time to make those decisions....for right now...the USD is probably a great place to be.
