That is true. Now personally I don't have a clue as to what is the best approach. But, something needs to be done. We are losing a lot of banks, having already lost all the investment banks.

A big part of the problem is something like this invites grandstanding. So it should be no surprise that they are scrambling all over themselves to grandstand.
