Jim I wonder if it's not funds cashing in stocks they own. If they cash the stocks they own and buy them right back wouldn't that cover their naked shorted stock. That is if they are buying real shares.

Would it work that way?

I was thinking they could be doing that all over the whole thing. All the selling would help accomplish 2 goals. They could get rid of the naked position and stimulate fear in people who have no idea what's going on. This would only back up their stories they print trying to get people to get out of the market so they can get their shares.

There must be a reason why they do it in 100 share transactions. Maybe that's all the can locate at a time? Could it be that simple?

Could that make sense?

I think this could actually work out for the American Taxpayer over the long run. They should all go up by the percent of shares they are illegally shorted.

The IRS has been investigating this for almost 2 years now too and I would suspect they are thinking about those tax dollar revenues they missed/messed out/up on. While those dirtbags were claiming losses and stuffing all their stolen funds in off shore accounts they the IRS didn't see it. They do now. I still haven't had a response to that formal complaint I made about 2 years ago either. I gave them tax ID numbers to all the banks and brokerages I had access too from my own and a few friends accounts but also named the names of other company's involved too. There would be a substantial outstanding tax liability out there for these guys to pay which would off set that money that will have to be used to prime the pump. They are going to need money to get things rolling while they figure out whose bank accounts need frozen. The off shore banks and local too won't hide them as since they put the new laws on the books after 911 saying you must "KNOW YOUR CLIENT" law in if the bank doesn't disclose the source they have to foot the bill. I doubt the banks are going to cover up for them. Maybe Warren. He might have enough to buy his way into silence on the sidelines.

I read a bunch off the Deep capture link. There's so much information it's like reading a big book. I know it was there I read through one of those trials maybe Elgindy or Weise trials that the MM'S were paying our Reps off with untraceable debit cards. So I suspect that's why some are having a hard time voting this in. Maybe they too have a large position or don't want their name coming out before the next election. Maybe if they are truly sorry and ready to act for the little guys people could pardon them for their selfish acts of greed if all they did was take the debit card to shut their eyes and mouth. Those who hold substantial positions ought to be exposed and maybe not able to forgive them quite as easy. I would suspect this is somewhat like a mini mafia and if all they were doing is closing their eyes for a fee it maybe also be that they were in fact saving their family from a lot of grief or maybe even worse. Most of these people are ruthless. They didn't care that they have almost destroyed the greatest nation on earth. Or maybe they were so ignorant and truly believed what they were doing wasn't that big since it was only a small percent compared to a daily trade rate not even realizing there were so many on board doing the same thing.

Who knows. Does any of this make sense?

If the letters I kept writing to the SEC sprung this open then so be it. They shouldn't have done it. They still got me good on NSTH which is what Jim?? A Bank Holding Company!!! And unless you cashed in your shares you still hold it. Or so says your stock account. Mine does. I wish I knew a really smart attorney that would know if I would be able to sue my broker and get the money I invested in that company back since they never made the transactions. They couldn't have. When a company goes private your supposed to be made a deal for your shares. No one made us that deal. They didn't me? You didn't get into that did you? That one got me real bad. RMTR would have to go up substantially for me to ever get my money back on that one. Curious about if they might have to reimburse me though. Wouldn't that be a hoot? I'd be happy just to BE on it. LOL!!
