Given this problem was caused by conservative ideology and its implementation by a six year majority of Republicans and their two term President, it is astonishing to hear anyone blame the Democrats. This statement is a pinhead fantasy....there is plenty of blame to go around...and more than a fair share falls on wrongheaded demolib policies.... J.

That is completely and totally wrong. The worst thing you can lay on Republicans and Bush is they failed to override Democratic objections to reform. You can see and hear that for yourself in the tape I posted to you earlier. BTW those hearings were not the first time the issue was raised.
