Not really a value stock, imo, at current price. Maybe a Gaarp stock. If company can maintain growth and/or good roe or profit margins, in better times a p/e of at least 15 might be seen again. P/e now 10. My local VCA office is still doing a decent business, they tell me. And so far... no reports here of departing homeowners of foreclosed properties just abandoning their pets too. gurufocus.com
