Well look HP moves everything to low cost areas India Malaysia Eastern Europe China and then announces it is going to lay off 24,000 staff world wide. In the next breath they are going to go to the governments of those countries to renegotiate EDS outsourcing contracts under HP. Naturally those governments are going to say why should we, you aren't contributing to the health of this this country and in fact you are making it worse by throwing all these people out of work.
