Supposedly, the treasury and the ECB. What good is 700bln.
rejection that American people wanted so bad (they literally
bombed congress with no bailout calls, e-mails, and letters)
if the Fed and the Treasury pump the money
anyway? The Fed does have the printing press.

I think the management of USD, inc. really sucks, so they will
run the company into the ground. Note, however, that
shareholders of USD, inc. will have a special meeting and the
management could get replaced later on.

Then we'll just have to see, as the monetary and government
policies will ultimately determine the fate of the USD!

The congress decision itself to reject the bailout was
definitely dollar bullish - and necessary.
