I understand about the taxes. We have had a young man go down to the city and dispute all our property taxes for over fifteen years. His fee is well worth it and he does not charge us a percentage of what he saves us, just a flat fee. We will be looking to see what resources we can find for the bridge picture. When they first came out they were plentiful so hopefully we will be able to find one down in one of the area shops, if they too have not had severe damage from Ike. Yes, this grandson is very special to us. He was our first one and we were very involved in his upbringing in his early years. I understand about "Maybe ONE more time". The difference from you is our age and starting over at the bay would involve a lot of time. It is 29 miles from our home here. We are still trying to decide and when we learn what our policy is going to pay out, that will help our decision. I know all of the contractors in the bay area will be more than busy with repairs and rebuilding and it might take a while to get any new homes built there. Time left is an issue for us.
