The LIBOR rate is an all time high....over 4% and the spread with the Fed Funds Rate is 205 basis points. That means monthly payments on subprime mortgages tied to the LIBOR are skyrocketing.

Fear is an emotion too. One the Bushies have been playing like a fiddle for eight years. It's time to come together...i was dismayed at pelosi's speech...i don't think it had any effect on the final vote as reps would purport, but the timing and tone were horrible considering the occasion and circumstances...I have not been impressed with the lady. I agree 100%. I did an email to her voicing my distain for her behavior. It took me nearly a half hour to get through to her site. I suspect she got lots of emails like mine.
