If it's anchored then the only thing it would have lit is the anchor light or the white light on the stern I think. And when traveling at night those single white lights while visible are really difficult to judge as to how far away they are.

With that said why your traveling at that kind of speed at night when you can't see 60' in front of you is insanity at best.
