The way I see things is that Riley and Morgan are telling the truth. Morgan, for obvious reasons, has to be EXTREMELY careful in what he says to prevent giving inside information or at least the appearance of it. I think Morgan did communicate something at a very subtle level. It was never said anywhere that 1 person would buy 5 million dollars worth of shares. Morgan is probably telling the truth in saying "that they can't find anyone to buy the 5 million dollars worth of shares!". The following are equivalent: Anyone <==> any 1. Riley says that there are overseas investors. Note the plural in what Riley is saying. Morgan is saying that there isn't any one person/entity that will buy 5 million dollars of shares. I would say that is a TRUE statement. Rather it probably is as Riley suggests, several investors. Kurt "Riley told me on the phone that there were oversea investors. Morgan went and told aperson that I trust more than all the SI threaders combined that they can't find anyone to buy the 5 million dollars worth of shares! Now who do you believe? Riley told me that Morgan cannot come out and flat out say that there were people looking at this because that would be insider info... but then Morgan flat out lied to this shareholder."

Matty, I just call them as I see them. Skeeter is boring and ineffective what can I say. Mr K. is so wrapped up with Riley it is like talking to a rock. Just start by reading some of his posts, as some very good people on this thread have answered his questions and he states the same ones over and over. Bug and space martin continually post to each other with the same misguided boring info and then trash someone and then they <G>. If you want to give respect and credibility to these people go ahead, but I don't have to and won't. I stated earlier from the beginning on this thread that if fooling with people's investments because it is amusing and if you have a hidden agenda to screw me to benefit yourself then whoever it is, is pond scum. It boils down to supply and demand, and eventually they will have to buy shares to cover the shorts. They will be demanding and we will be supplying, at the right price of course. I guess it would be nice to know that in 1996 the 10k stated, nah!!! It will depend on what the shareholders say in 1997 Hope you find your way back, at least you gave squishy bug a jolt!! #7 dj
