The chain said it owes another $40 million in unpaid wages, employee medical claims and other unsecured debt I have a friend who was laid off from one of Heard's Las Vegas dealerships a few days ago when it abruptly closed. He got no advance notice and his last paycheck bounced as well. Told me that the job market in LV sucks and he doesn't know what he will do when his unemployment insurance runs out. This financial mess will extend far beyond Wall Street..
